Warranty & Exchange Policy
Voxlon Corporation offers either the Voxlon Limited Warranty or a Manufacturer's Warranty on the Electronics & IT items that we carry: please check your invoice for more information.
Item/s must be free from physical damages accounting from misuse, transport, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance.
The customer must present the original receipt to Voxlon Corporation for any warranty claims or product exchanges. We will not be able to take any actions without the original receipt.
Faulty products can be repaired or replaced through the manufacturer within the warranty period, maximum 10 working days. Additional delivery chargers (see below) will apply for any pickup and/or drop-off for the repaired or replaced products.
There will be no refund once items are sold. Only incompatibility or wrong purchases can be exchanged; 15% restocking fee will be charged for any incompatible or wrong purchase by the customer. Any wrong purchase must be informed to Voxlon Corporation within 7 days of the purchase and only if not used. There will not be any exchange after this period. The item must be in its original condition, original packaging (this includes if there are any internal packaging) free from defect, scratches with all accessories. Additional chargers will be applicable for any incomplete above terms, plus additional delivery charges (see below) .
Additional delivery chargers for pick up and drop off
Please note that if you received your order with low delivery cost or either for FREE it is/was/may due to promotions/affiliates and we will not be able to provide the same rates for warranty clams or for exchanges. We can send someone to pick up the items. Nominal charge of AED 50/- will apply if Voxlon has to organize the pickup and delivery of the item.
Order cancellations and fees
We put lots of effort with good will to prepare an order/delivery to our customers. Please choose carefully as refunds are not granted where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend that you carefully preview any orders before confirming the order. We accept ONLY order cancellation if the customer has informed prior to the dispatching of order and chargers will apply for the following scenarios

If the item is not dispatched there will be no charge, but if the item has gone for a delivery there will be AED 30 charge.

We are always requesting form our customers to be careful with any electronic devices and not to abuse overuse or mishandle products and their accessories.
To the extent permitted by law, as we are a re-seller of products (not a manufacturer) Voxlon Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage or accident whatsoever whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary, including but not limited to, losses or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, business, opportunity, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the products.
